Cognitive Radio at ICASSP 2010
In the ICASSP's technical program we can find a bunch of sessions related with cognitive radio. Since I will be attending these sessions I decided to elaborate a list (to be completed with my impressions during the conference in the series of posts about the ICASSP 2010).
